LOLOFA uses your name, email, country, company, requirements and product context to handle and respond to your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry is not a marketing subscription.

Inquiry text and the policy version accepted at submission are stored in our database for authorized administrators. We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Resend for inquiry notifications. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse.

Custom Quote drawings are processed for the current email submission and are not stored in the website file library. Attachments may remain with the email provider or receiving mailbox. Keep your files if delivery fails. Do not submit drawings you are not authorized to share or unnecessary sensitive information.

We retain details as needed to follow up on inquiries. Use the contact details on this website or reply to our inquiry correspondence to request access, correction or deletion. WhatsApp is an optional external service with its own privacy rules.
